At the beginning of August, we took our first official Robertson Family Vacation! Clinton State Park near Lawrence, Kansas was our destination!
We bought a 8 man tent so that we can hopefully take lots of big group camping trips in the next couple of years.
We set up all our camping stuff right next to our tent and made a bunch of meals at our campsite!
The delicious kabobs Jeff made for dinner on Saturday night! It was finally cool enough to actually make dinner! Saturday afternoon was so so so hot because of course we picked the hottest weekend in August for our trip!
A nice view of Clinton Lake.Later in August, we traveled to Table Rock Lake near Springfield, Missouri two times, once with my family and once on our own for a camping trip.

ReplyDeleteHey also, we are going to be in KC area the weekend of Dec. 4/5 and were wondering if you guys the Parddington's and Hafelea's (i know I didn't spell those right) might want to try to get together for dinner or something.
